| iSolved | Legacy | iSolved HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 | In 2019, Cave Enterprises deployed iSolved HCM as its Core HR solution to centralize HR and payroll support across the company. The implementation supported HR/Payroll activities for more than 5,000 employees, managers, and executives operating across six U.S. states, establishing iSolved HCM as the primary system of record for employee data and talent processes. Cave Enterprises configured iSolved HCM to manage core hiring and talent workflows, including applicant tracking, posting and tracking open positions, offer and compensation administration, onboarding, and succession planning. The iSolved HCM deployment was used to maintain position postings, track applicant information, issue job confirmation communications, and support ongoing performance management and career development workflows. Operational coverage extended across HR, recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations teams, with the system playing a central role in pre-employment screening coordination and benefits database maintenance. The platform supported day-to-day HR service delivery to managers and executives, enabling consistent handling of employee records, compensation changes, and orientation and training program administration. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, as senior HR leaders used the system to codify policies and procedures, revise the employee handbook, and implement a structured termination procedure and a Worker’s Compensation manual. Those governance artifacts were directly linked to case outcomes, including a documented 30 percent reduction in claims after the Worker’s Compensation manual and a reported 90 percent average win rate for protestable unemployment insurance claim cases, reflecting the operational controls and documentation supported by iSolved HCM. | |
