In 2018 CDO Foodsphere implemented Adrenalin Max HCM. The deployment targeted the consumer packaged goods company in the Philippines and introduced Adrenalin Max HCM as a Core HCM application to support HR administration and Compensation and Benefits functions for an employee base of roughly 2,000 to 3,000 staff.
The implementation focused on Core HCM capabilities, including employee master data, payroll engine configuration, compensation and benefits management, and standard workforce lifecycle modules such as time and attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance management. Adrenalin Max HCM was configured to centralize personnel records and operationalize compensation and benefits workflows as emphasized in CDO Foodsphere HR documentation.
Operational coverage included the Malvar HR site and central HR teams, supporting departments responsible for payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations across CDO Foodsphere. The system was used to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding and to provide a single source of truth for HR data across sites.
Governance measures aligned with the deployment emphasized standardized approval workflows and centralized HR data stewardship, with HR staff records indicating active use at the Malvar site from April 2018 to March 2020. Adrenalin Max HCM, as a Core HCM solution, was positioned to consolidate personnel administration and standardize compensation and benefits processes across CDO Foodsphere.
