Functional coverage included unification of accounting and controlling for 24 group companies, centralized management of purchasing and international supply flows, inventory management, distribution to subsidiary stores, support for franchised sales, and store back office operations. POS-DM was deployed to capture in-store transactions and feed retail data into ECC retail and the FI/CO ledgers to support unified financial posting and reporting. Program governance combined a central project direction with contributions from 120 participants including BPO resources, KU, and consulting staff, and included the rollout of SAP MiM to 750 owned points of sale. The implementation established a single SAP Business Suite ERP Financial backbone across Celio s retail footprint and aligned master data, accounting, and controlling processes across the group.
