| Oracle | Sage 50 | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Cellebrite DI implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial system, replacing Sage 50 and initiating a coordinated global transformation. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment was executed to centralize accounting and financial operations across the organization and to support rapid revenue growth phases the company experienced earlier in its lifecycle.
The implementation covered core financial modules and end to end accounting workflows, including commission processing, payroll management, month end close and accruals, accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections, employee reimbursements, sales tax handling, and budgeting and financial analysis. Customization and data conversion work were completed by an internal task force to align Oracle NetSuite ERP configuration with existing commission and payroll calculations and to preserve historical accounting continuity.
NetSuite was integrated as part of a broader application landscape, with connections to Salesforce CRM and QlikSense BI and co-deployments alongside Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Community, CPQ, Einstein, B2B ecommerce, Social Studio, and a learning management system. The program also included automation of product license generation, enabling transactional handoffs between the ERP, CRM, commerce and licensing processes and extending financial master data into sales and customer engagement systems.
Governance and operational ownership were established by a centralized finance team that managed all accounting and financial tasks, and by a state of the art excellence team of implementers and developers who maintained configurations and customizations. A key member of the conversion task force led process redesign across commission, payroll, monthly close and tax workflows, supporting company growth from about 1 million dollars to 80 million dollars in revenue during the period managed under these systems.
