In 2014 Cenveo Worldwide deployed Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to establish an ERP Financial platform at its Quality Park operations. The implementation centered on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as the core ERP Financial application to standardize accounting and financial management workflows across the site.
The project delivered configuration and design artifacts that mapped to typical ERP Financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, reflecting standard financial close and transaction processing capabilities. Project team activity included documenting design discussions, co-authoring a draft JDE System Configuration Design Book, and producing presentations that laid out configuration and testing cycles for module leads and technical consultants.
Operational governance emphasized coordinated execution and follow up, with a maintained action item register and regular cross functional reviews between technical JDE consultants and internal module leads at Quality Park. Rollout logistics and resource orchestration were managed through organized weekly travel plans for a team of five consultants and specialists, and the implementation phase relied on iterative configuration, testing and design sign off to transfer financial business function requirements into the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne configuration.
