| NOVRH | Legacy | NOVRH HRIS | Core HR | HCM | Asys RH | 2024 | 2024 | In 2024, Cérélia North America deployed NOVRH HRIS as its Core HR platform to centralize HR processes across six companies and seven establishments covering approximately 800 employees in France and Europe. NOVRH HRIS was selected to provide a unified Core HR data model and centralized personnel administration for the group. The implementation emphasized core HR master data consolidation, absence management automation, and manager self service dashboards, with configuration of company and establishment hierarchies to reflect the six company structure. NOVRH HRIS was configured to manage employee records, automate absence workflows, and present role based dashboards for managers and HR users to streamline approvals and visibility. Cérélia integrated So'Horsys for time and attendance to capture time management data alongside NOVRH HRIS, with Asys RH acting as the integration and implementation partner documented in the public case study. The integration connected So'Horsys time capture and scheduling functions into the NOVRH HRIS environment to centralize workforce time data and support absence automation across the covered sites in France and Europe. Governance and rollout were executed at group level with Asys RH coordinating the integration work and configuring manager dashboards and absence processes for the seven establishments. The public account notes improved absence automation and enhanced manager dashboards in France and Europe as explicit outcomes of the NOVRH HRIS and So'Horsys integration. |
