The integration connected So'Horsys time capture and scheduling functions into the NOVRH HRIS environment to centralize workforce time data and support absence automation across the covered sites in France and Europe. Governance and rollout were executed at group level with Asys RH coordinating the integration work and configuring manager dashboards and absence processes for the seven establishments. The public account notes improved absence automation and enhanced manager dashboards in France and Europe as explicit outcomes of the NOVRH HRIS and So'Horsys integration.
