SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Chamberlain Group implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial system. The deployment established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the transactional backbone for finance and core manufacturing master data, with explicit alignment to new product development initiatives and enterprise master data needs. The implementation emphasized master data management capabilities for materials, customers, and vendors, with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 configured to host material master, customer master, and vendor master records. Informatica Data Quality Analyst tools were used to create, measure, and analyze master data content and quality, and dataset rules were defined to drive scorecard based quality reporting to data owners. Operational integration included direct orchestration between SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and data management tooling, using Winshuttle Studio V 12.1 to automate manual data load processes. Winshuttle forms, queries, and scripts were created to audit data loads and to automate material re-activation workflows, enabling programmatic onboarding and correction of master data into the ERP Financial environment. Governance centered on an enterprise MDM program responsible for process documentation, metrics, data collection, facilitation, audit, and coordination of operational master data processes. The program produced dataset rules and scorecards presented to data owners, and automated workflows reduced manual interventions for material re-activation and master data consolidation.

UKG Legacy UKG Ready (ex Kronos Workforce Ready) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Chamberlain Group deployed UKG Ready (ex Kronos Workforce Ready) as its Workforce Management application. The implementation targeted workforce scheduling and timekeeping across Chamberlain Group's United States manufacturing and operations workforce of roughly 5,000 employees, aligning the system with HR and shop floor attendance processes. UKG Ready (ex Kronos Workforce Ready) was configured to centralize time and attendance collection, shift scheduling, absence management, and mobile employee self-service. Configuration emphasized role-based access for supervisors and employees, payroll-ready time capture, and rules-driven scheduling to support manufacturing shift patterns typical of the Workforce Management category. Operational ownership rested with HR operations, workforce planning and frontline supervision, using the system for daily schedule changes, clock-in validation and paid time off administration. The deployment used the Workforce Management category's standard cloud SaaS delivery to provide browser and mobile access for distributed shop floor users and to reduce on-premise footprint. Governance was established through centralized timekeeping policies, supervisor approval workflows and HR-led configuration control to manage schedule rules and compliance settings. The rollout focused on aligning production planning with HR payroll input processes to standardize time capture and scheduling workflows.
