In 2022, Choctaw Casino & Resort implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of a broader Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications deployment that included Oracle Cloud HCM. The rollout targeted consolidation of HR and financial processes across the Choctaw Nation organization to establish one version of the truth for reporting and controls, and the implementation is aligned to the ERP Financial category.
The technical footprint centered on Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM, with Oracle Taleo used for recruiting. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included core financials, procurement and procure to pay, accounts payable, payroll, core HR, recruiting, workforce management, and employee and manager self service such as online paystubs, W4 access, benefits enrollment, and life event registration.
Operational and security design emphasized standardized approval routing and automated role based security provisioning to limit access by business function, reducing the need for ad hoc approval workarounds. An enterprise project management office ePMO was established to continue procurement enhancements, including supplier qualification workflows and supplier portal enablement, and to operationalize standardized requisitioner and approver roles.
Results reported in the deployment included a massive reduction in manual HR and payroll tasks, with more than 80 percent reduction in manual HR and payroll processes in the first month and an overall elimination of 25 percent of manual steps as processes were realigned to the cloud application’s built in best practices. Oracle Cloud ERP, classified as ERP Financial, also delivered tighter spending controls, improved procure to pay throughput, and reduced accounts payable backlogs while enabling more consistent financial and procurement controls.

In 2019, Choctaw Casino & Resort deployed Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits as part of its Hoshonti Oracle HCM suite, implementing Benefits Administration to centralize benefits processes across its workforce of about 1,500 employees. Hoshonti is the organization term for Oracle's cloud HCM offering and the implementation focused on embedding benefits functionality into core HR operations.
Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits was configured within the broader Hoshonti platform to support standard benefits administration workflows including enrollment, employee record linkage, and lifecycle event handling. Core HR components implemented alongside Benefits included Human Resources and Payroll, while talent modules documented in internal training include Recruiting, Career Development, Learning, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning. The platform supports transactional HR activities specified in the Hoshonti course, such as hiring and rehiring associates, managing associate records, processing promotions and transfers, and handling terminations.
The deployment included integration points within the Oracle HCM suite, explicitly incorporating Payroll and Kronos timekeeping as part of the core HR architecture to keep benefits data and payroll deductions synchronized. Operational coverage centered on HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and HR Assistants, with system roles defined for Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Specialist to enforce role based access and task segregation.
Governance and rollout emphasis used the Hoshonti Core HR course to align process ownership and train HR teams on system transactions and workflows, embedding the Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Specialist system roles into daily operations. Configuration controls and role based workflows were applied to Benefits Administration within Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits to maintain consistent processing of employee lifecycle events and associate record management.

| Agilysys | Legacy | Agilysys LMS | Hotel Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Choctaw Casino & Resort implemented Agilysys LMS, a Property Management System (PMS), after an extensive evaluation of competing hospitality platforms. The selection included Agilysys LMS alongside rGuest Book and rGuest Express Mobile to create a coordinated property management and guest engagement stack tailored to casino and hotel operations.
Agilysys LMS was deployed as a SaaS Property Management System (PMS) providing core reservation and front desk capabilities, guest profile and billing workflows, rate and inventory controls, and self-service check-in and check-out functionality. The implementation included configuration of the commission-free rGuest Book booking engine and rGuest Express Mobile for mobile check-in workflows, aligning the LMS configuration to hotel operations and guest-facing reservation channels.
The deployment integrated with Choctaws existing Agilysys InfoGenesis point-of-sale, and was selected in part for its robust Casino Management Systems integrations to support on-property gaming, food and beverage, and room charge workflows. Agilysys LMS was provisioned to operate across Choctaws portfolio, which includes 22 gaming locations, approximately 10,000 slot machines, 35 food and beverage venues and nearly 1,000 hotel rooms, enabling unified guest billing and engagement across venues.
Governance for the rollout emphasized vendor-led SaaS infrastructure and support, reducing in-house infrastructure burden and allowing hotel operations to focus on guest services. The program aimed to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs and enhance the guest experience according to Choctaw leadership, with Agilysys providing implementation support and industry-specific configuration guidance to align workflows and operational best practices.
