The implementation integrated NetSuite with Stripe for payment processing and recovery of failed or unapplied payments, integrated contract and opportunity data from Salesforce for contract completeness checks, and linked bank account entry points in the ChowNow platform to ensure subscription payments and order disbursements flow correctly. Integrations were focused on automating transaction state updates between Stripe and Oracle NetSuite ERP and maintaining contract to revenue traceability with Salesforce.
Operational governance placed billing analysts and finance teams at the center of exception handling and subscription lifecycle management, assigning responsibilities for failed payment remediation, cancellation execution in NetSuite and verification of signed agreements against Salesforce opportunities. The program emphasized standardized invoice processing, contract to cash controls and documented exception workflows to support ongoing revenue operations and billing accuracy.
