| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2013 | 2014 |
In 2013 Chrysler implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as an ERP Financial initiative to centralize treasury and finance controls and to harmonize manufacturing financial workflows. The program emphasized core finance modules and treasury capabilities while addressing procure to pay and order to cash logistic touch points across global regions.
The deployment covered ECC 6.0 EHP6 functional areas including New GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Taxes and Financial Reporting, together with the SAP Treasury and Risk Module and Banking. Configuration work included account group management for vendor and customer master data, Chart of Accounts and GL account setup, FI-AR dunning area definitions, account clearing, period control and closing routines, bank reconciliation, asset master creation and retirement processing, depreciation area definitions and master data preparation. In the manufacturing domain the implementation incorporated MM and SD integration with account determination logic, pricing procedure and calculation schema alignment, and supported ERS and ICT related purchasing processes as part of PTP and OTC logistic processes.
Integrations and operational coverage spanned APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAME, with a strategized global group of affiliated company codes and a consolidated, harmonized global Chart of Accounts. SAP In House Cash centers were established in Europe, North America, South America and Asia to centralize cash management and to support cross company code transactions. Project deliverables and documentation were reviewed and stored in SharePoint to maintain project control and traceability.
Governance and rollout followed the ASAP methodology with business and technical teams engaged across analysis, design, configuration, testing, UAT coordination, implementation and production support. The team implemented a risk regulatory framework within the SAP Treasury and Risk Module, providing infrastructure for modelling, regulatory reporting and analysis, and acted as the main support contact for post go-live stabilization and month-end close assistance while leading targeted process redesign and testing strategy refinement.

| Trivantis | Legacy | Trivantis Lectora | Learning and Development | HCM | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009, Chrysler implemented Trivantis Lectora as its primary authoring tool for Learning and Development. The decision was driven by Chrysler Academy stakeholders, with Technology Implementation Manager David Hooten stating that Lectora was chosen for its ease of use and manifest output options, and that vendors could learn and use the tool readily.
The Trivantis Lectora deployment focused on rapid content development workflows, enabling template based authoring, multimedia assembly, and packaged manifest output for downstream learning delivery. Trivantis Lectora served as the central content creation layer, producing course packages that conform to standard manifest formats for import into learning delivery systems.
Operational responsibility and governance were centered in Chrysler Academy, with a vendor enablement program to onboard third party content developers on Trivantis Lectora. The implementation emphasized authoring standardization and repeatable content packaging processes to streamline how internal and external teams produced Learning and Development materials.
Selection and rollout rationale emphasized usability and output flexibility, with explicit benefits cited around vendor adoption and manifest export capabilities. No specific integrations, rollout geographies, or quantitative outcomes were provided.

In 2020, Chrysler deployed ResNexus Booking on its public website as the customer-facing reservation capability. ResNexus Booking is used by Chrysler as its Reservation and Booking Management application to capture and manage online reservations surfaced on chrysler.com.
The implementation centers on an embedded online booking engine and availability calendar, supporting reservation lifecycle management, booking form capture, automated confirmation workflows, and centralized booking records. ResNexus Booking is configured to present inventory and time slot availability through a web-embedded widget or API interfaces, aligning the booking flow with product and support pages for a consistent customer experience.
Operationally the solution is hosted on the public web channel and administered by digital commerce and customer experience teams, who manage booking rules, content presentation, and policy governance. The deployment integrates ResNexus Booking into the website front end via embedded flows and APIs, enabling reservation data to feed downstream customer service and operations processes through standard data exports or API feeds.
