Sistran SISE from Sistran Consultants was configured to deliver core policy administration capabilities, claims processing, and subscription and underwriting workflow support. Configuration work emphasized the policy data model, product definition and policy issuance workflows, together with claims intake and adjudication modules to align with local P&C operating practices. The implementation included standard Insurance Policy Administration functional components such as policy issuance, endorsements, billing interfaces and claims case management.
Rollout was managed through Sistran's Chile office and scoped to Chubb Seguros Chile operations, covering underwriting desks and claims teams across the companys Chilean sites. Operational governance centered on centralizing policy configuration and underwriting rules to enforce consistent product templates and subscription approval workflows. The deployment positioned Sistran SISE as the transactional Insurance Policy Administration backbone for Chubb Chile's P&C business functions in the Chilean market.
