Governance and workflow controls implemented with Jobstreet included formal Job Posting Approval workflows, Job Purchase Orders and Employee Referral Incentive Approvals, and direct liaison routes to the Recruitment Manager, Head Supervisors and CEO for interview scheduling. Operational coverage included database updates, applicant communication workflows, recruitment reporting, and onboarding support activities such as drafting personnel approvals, contracts, non disclosure and non competition agreements and conducting apprenticeship orientation.

Day to day operations and support responsibilities covered IT, General Affairs, and administrative functions, with Synacor Zimbra providing core Collaboration services for corporate messaging. The implementation emphasized integrated operational processes, physical infrastructure management, and standard service management workflows rather than external system replacements.
