In 2015, Chungdahm (Phils) implemented Jobstreet as its Talent Sourcing platform within the HR and Recruitment Department. Jobstreet was used to support end-to-end recruitment workflows for internal hiring across Makati, Ortigas and Taguig branches, and for external IT and BPO hiring needs.
The deployment emphasized sourcing and job posting capabilities, candidate screening, and assessment administration. Functional modules and operational practices included job ad creation and online posting on Jobstreet, initial phone screening and interviews, candidate endorsement and job offer processing, and maintenance of Screening Masterfile and Recruitment Masterfile with a daily recruitment reporting cadence.
Jobstreet postings were executed as part of a multi-channel sourcing strategy alongside JobsDB, LinkedIn and Indeed, and the recruitment team coordinated with external vendors for strategic post pooling. Administrative touchpoints tied Talent Sourcing to internal systems, including registration to the company biometrics system for ID verification and provisioning of Pandion accounts for apprentices.
Governance and workflow controls implemented with Jobstreet included formal Job Posting Approval workflows, Job Purchase Orders and Employee Referral Incentive Approvals, and direct liaison routes to the Recruitment Manager, Head Supervisors and CEO for interview scheduling. Operational coverage included database updates, applicant communication workflows, recruitment reporting, and onboarding support activities such as drafting personnel approvals, contracts, non disclosure and non competition agreements and conducting apprenticeship orientation.

In 2014 Chungdahm (Phils) implemented Synacor Zimbra as its enterprise email platform within its Collaboration environment. The deployment was operated by IT staff and General Affairs personnel, with administrative responsibilities documented from May 2014 to April 2018.
The implementation of Synacor Zimbra focused on email server setup and mailbox administration, including account provisioning, account deletion, and password resets. Operational capabilities included email administration, FTP server management, messenger administration for Spark, and routine server maintenance on Windows Server 2008 that supported user account lifecycle tasks.
Infrastructure was on premises with server rack installation and physical network build out, including servers, switches, patch panels, cable management, and router configuration. Network and perimeter security was managed alongside Juniper firewall administration, bandwidth monitoring via MRTG, and monitoring of CCTV systems, indicating integrated network operations supporting the Synacor Zimbra mail environment.
Operational workflows used a ticketing system to create, update, escalate, and close incidents, with incidents handled to completion and tracked for internal compliance and audit reporting. Administrative procedures extended to inventory logging of hardware and software, biometric ID registration for administrative staff, and documented repair and procurement logs, embedding email operations into broader IT and facilities governance.
Day to day operations and support responsibilities covered IT, General Affairs, and administrative functions, with Synacor Zimbra providing core Collaboration services for corporate messaging. The implementation emphasized integrated operational processes, physical infrastructure management, and standard service management workflows rather than external system replacements.
