Paycor ADP Workforce Now Paycor HR Core HR HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Cincinnati Eye Institute implemented Paycor HR to replace ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR system. Paycor HR was adopted to centralize timekeeping, payroll, and Employee Self-Service across the organization. The implementation configured Paycor HR modules for timekeeping, payroll processing, and a full Employee Self-Service HR program. The timekeeping module had already been rolled out to employees, and payroll processed through Paycor HR was used for the January 13 pay date. The Employee Self-Service functionality was set up to allow employees to change address and phone number, manage future open enrollments, view benefit elections and the company directory, and access direct deposit earnings. Rollout coverage was organization wide, with all employees at Cincinnati Eye Institute introduced to the new system and prompted to register during the week of January 9th via an enrollment email. The new Paycor HR deployment took the place of the prior CEI Employee Self-service, consolidating personal data updates, benefits visibility, and payroll paystub access into a single Core HR platform for the institution. Program governance was operationalized through an email registration workflow, employees were instructed not to delete the registration message as their access key, and HR administrative processes were realigned so the Paycor HR Employee Self-Service became the primary channel for changes to personal information and benefit elections. No implementation partner was specified.
