Emburse Invoice Enterprise was configured to process both supplier invoices and project management timecards, supporting over 500 timecard transactions monthly and allocating project costs across more than 700 employees. Configuration work focused on automated invoice capture, rule-based approval workflows, and electronic payment setup to reduce manual touchpoints in the accounts payable lifecycle.
The implementation operated alongside existing accounting tools in the environment, including ChromeRiver accounting software, and enabled the setup of e-payments with vendors as part of the payment orchestration capabilities. Operational coverage extended to branch sites across the U.S. where the team reallocated the distribution and approval of more than 50 telecom payables accounts and reorganized accountability across over 200 accounts.

Operational coverage centered on retirement plan administrators, ERISA compliance officers, plan managers and relationship managers, with the platform used to coordinate plan-level tasks and client-facing administration processes.
Governance around the FIS Relius rollout emphasized ERISA compliance and audit readiness, with training programs led by experienced compliance officers to onboard managers and new hires and to codify amendment and restatement workflows. The program formalized review and control processes for IRS and DOL audit support, and positioned FIS Relius as the system of record for pension administration activities within the bank.
