Power BI was provisioned within an Office 365 and MS Azure aligned architecture that had governance procedures established for future IaaS and PaaS deployments and for centralized reporting access. Governance and process work accompanied the technical rollout, with iteration management, stakeholder communications, process mapping, and vendor relationship management used to embed reporting into program controls. The explicit outcome recorded was better project tracking and reporting through Microsoft Power BI, and Power BI dashboards were used to translate complex technical status into concise visual presentations for business stakeholders.
