Omnigo Legacy Omnigo Dispatch Computer Aided Dispatch ERP Services and Operations n/a 2002 2002
In 2002, City of Hazelwood deployed Omnigo Dispatch in the Computer Aided Dispatch category to support Hazelwood Police Department public safety operations in Missouri, United States. The deployment used Omnigo's ITI-Dispatch dispatch and records platform to unify dispatch and records workflows across the department. The implementation configured dispatch-led report initiation so dispatch personnel could start incident reports and push structured data to field units. Common fields auto-populate between dispatch and records modules to reduce duplicate data entry and streamline information sharing. Functional capabilities emphasized include incident reporting, field reporting, and records management consistent with Computer Aided Dispatch workflows. Operational scope covered public safety records and dispatch within the Hazelwood Police Department and aligned with regional data sharing requirements in Missouri. The Omnigo Dispatch deployment enabled regional data sharing among partner agencies through its records exchange functionality and supported coordinated dispatch-to-field workflows. Governance shifted procedures so dispatch could initiate reports and records workflows were restructured to accept dispatch-originated cases, standardizing handoffs between dispatch and field units. The long-standing deployment has been in place for roughly 20 years as of the study and the case study reports report completion time reductions of 50 to 80 percent.
