In 2019, Clare V implemented AIMS 360 Apparel ERP to centralize fashion management across its U.S. retail operations. The deployment aligned the application with core business functions at the company, consolidating product development, merchandising, inventory and distribution workflows under a single enterprise system for a 100-employee apparel brand.
The AIMS 360 Apparel ERP implementation consolidated modules for product lifecycle tracking, order management, inventory control and distribution planning, creating a unified operational record from design through delivery. The AIMS360 software integrates with a product lifecycle management system, WFX, enabling coordinated information flows between PLM-managed specifications and ERP-managed ordering, inventory and distribution processes.
Operational governance shifted to centralized master data and shared workflows to maintain a single source of truth, improving cross-functional coordination between development, merchandising and distribution teams. As a result, Clare V achieved clearer visibility and control of brand growth and maintained all product and operational information in one place, simplifying day-to-day management across the organization.
