Flipick LMS was delivered with multi-tenant portals and tenant isolation capabilities to segregate content and learner populations by hospital, combined with centralized administration for Clarivate L&D. Functional modules implemented included course and content management, learner enrollment and onboarding workflows, automated certification processing, and reporting dashboards for compliance tracking and audit readiness.
The architecture emphasized a custom multi-tenant model with role based access controls, configurable tenant portals, and automated certification and reporting workflows to streamline credential issuance and regulatory reporting. Operational coverage targeted hospital training programs and L&D administrators in the United States, with system level features to support ongoing certification renewal cycles and engagement monitoring.
Governance and rollout were aligned to Clarivate HR and L&D processes in the United States, with Flipick LMS used to enforce certification requirements and produce standardized reporting for compliance teams. The implementation improved Clarivate ability to manage large scale learner populations across distributed hospital sites while automating certification and reporting for healthcare training programs.
