In 2021 ClosedLoop implemented Jirav Dashboard and Reporting to centralize finance and FP&A reporting, adopting the application within the Analytics and BI category for companywide financial visibility. The US based rollout focused on delivering standardized forecasting and board reporting capabilities to support executive and investor information needs.
Jirav Dashboard and Reporting was configured to support forecasting workflows, budget tracking, and cashflow forecasting, with templated dashboards and report views for investor and board reporting. Configuration emphasized FP&A functional terminology such as rolling forecasts, budget variance analysis, and consolidated reporting to replace ad hoc spreadsheet processes.
Operational coverage centered on the finance team and executive reporting cadence across the United States, embedding the application into monthly forecasting and board preparation processes. Integrations were executed around finance workflows rather than named third party systems, enabling scheduled report generation and rapid update cycles for critical financial outputs.
Governance and rollout were completed with a fast time to value, achieving full deployment in about 60 days, and reducing the time required to update critical financial reports and forecasts to roughly ten minutes. The implementation supported investor and board reporting needs and enabled ClosedLoop to defer hiring a full time CFO for approximately 18 months.
