In 2018, CNA Italy adopted Sixtema OneX, an ERP Financial application, to standardize management and invoicing across its national network of regional CNA structures. The implementation targeted member services, electronic invoicing, and core finance and administrative workflows used by CNA's central and regional teams.
Sixtema OneX was configured and delivered by Sixtema based on CNA requirements, with the vendor building management and invoicing capabilities aligned to association processes. Implemented functional areas included electronic invoicing, finance and administrative workflow orchestration, and billing and management modules supporting membership services.
The solution was provisioned as a centrally delivered Sixtema platform serving CNA's regional network across Italy, providing a unified financial system footprint for regional offices and central administration. Operational coverage focused on finance, administrative operations, and member services rather than named external system integrations.
Governance followed CNA-driven requirements and configuration input, rollout activities began in 2018, with full live adoption across the network estimated around 2019. Module usage of Sixtema OneX reflects Sixtema's delivery of finance and invoicing solutions to CNA and public presentations of the Sixtema software built for CNA.

In 2016 CNA Italy deployed Sixtema ClientX to power the Cercamarche marketplace for CNA Provinciale di Ancona, implementing an eCommerce platform that provided a free online piazza where local businesses could offer and seek products and services. The project was developed by vendor Sixtema and the public launch was announced in July 2016.
The implementation leveraged Sixtema ClientX eCommerce capabilities, with configuration aligned to marketplace flows such as seller onboarding, product and service listings, storefront cataloging, search and discovery, and order management and inquiry handling. Describing these functional areas aligns with the marketplace use case implemented by Sixtema for CNA.
Operational coverage targeted the provincial scope of Ancona and nearby local businesses, and several hundred firms registered around the launch period, reflecting active enrollment and marketplace participation during initial rollout. The platform supported business functions including commerce enablement, supplier discovery, and customer engagement within CNA Italy's local network.
Governance and operational ownership were managed by CNA Provinciale di Ancona while Sixtema provided platform delivery and technical stewardship. The July 2016 launch and registration activity indicate a coordinated rollout and marketplace onboarding process during the initial deployment.
