The program managed requirements across the full span of supporting systems, spanning front office through back office and extending to customer facing websites, policy administration systems and downstream operational systems.
Governance and delivery were organized through centralized business analysis and managed delivery from ideation through market release, aligning system configuration, interfaces and reporting with enterprise shared services priorities. The implementation established structured financial process workflows and reporting orchestration, positioning Oracle E-Business Suite to serve as the enterprise financial backbone for CNO Financial Group and integrating financial consolidation and BI capabilities via Hyperion EPM and OBIEE.
