In 2015 COFCO International implemented Infor SunSystems as part of an ERP Financial deployment to support financial consolidation and transaction accounting. The implementation was positioned to support trade life cycle accounting from trading entries through book consolidations, with BA and production support responsibilities focused on onboarding and stabilizing IT operations.
Infor SunSystems was configured to handle core financial workflows including consolidation, PnL calculation, invoicing and settlements, multi currency processing, and the ingestion of FX rates and mark to market prices. Reporting and data extraction workflows were instrumented for QlikView, PowerBI, SQL queries and embedded Excel sheets to deliver financial statements and management reporting for finance and treasury stakeholders.
The deployment integrated with transaction middleware and downstream systems using Microsoft BizTalk and TIBCO to automate transaction flows and reconcile upstream trading feeds with financial postings. Consolidation workflows were coordinated alongside SAP BPC and Oracle Hyperion for group reporting and close orchestration, while application support practices emphasized trading platform availability, on call response, bridge conferences and automated server and application alerts.
Governance followed ITIL based stabilization for operations and an Agile model for change requests, including requirement gathering, user training and documentation. Operational scope covered trading desks, finance and consolidation teams, and support teams responsible for end to end data flows into Infor SunSystems. Subsequent delivery work included a 2019 end to end trading solution deployment in COFCO Shanghai with extensive user training and documentation, automated cross system data flows and proactive alerting to surface high priority incidents.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 COFCO International implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM for Core HR. The deployment centralized global HR reporting and transactional HR processing for over 14,000 employees, positioning Oracle PeopleSoft HCM as the primary Core HR application across the organization.
The implementation delivered a Global HR Dashboard covering fixed compensation, turnover, growth, attrition and demographics, plus recruitment cost tracking, regional headcount reports and ad hoc reporting for audit, transfer pricing, bonus tracking and the budget process. Reporting for compensation and benefits supported the annual salary increment and bonus cycle, and OrgCharts were produced within Visio for organizational visualization. Customized modules include an appraisal tool and a compensation planning tool built inside PeopleSoft, with system administration responsibilities for reporting and configuration.
PeopleSoft HRIS systems administration responsibilities were centralized, including HRMS configuration to create and modify fields such as departments and actions, security administration to manage tree nodes, permissions and department security, and job and personal data updates using Excel to Component Interface tools for bulk changes. Absence management was configured with new periods and calendars and ongoing process management was maintained through the PeopleSoft absence module. Operational coverage included HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and the finance-related reporting processes used in budgeting and transfer pricing.
Project activities and governance included a PeopleSoft upgrade from version 8.9 to 9.2 with formal UAT testing, data separation work and data migration efforts. Ongoing governance encompassed security role administration, departmental permission models and system administration for customized appraisal and compensation planning tools. Release and testing governance were treated as core elements of the implementation lifecycle for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM in the COFCO International Core HR environment.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Enterprise Asset Management | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2020 |
In 2018 COFCO International implemented SAP Enterprise Asset Management to standardize Enterprise Asset Management across its global operations. The deployment formed part of the companywide Silk global SAP programme and was delivered within a cloud-based SAP footprint that included S/4 HANA, Ariba Procurement, SuccessFactors, Concur, MDG and Fiori mobile applications.
The SAP Enterprise Asset Management implementation focused on core EAM capabilities common to the category, including centralized asset master records, work order management, maintenance planning and mobile-enabled field servicing through Fiori. Configuration emphasized template-driven setups to support repeatable maintenance processes and standardized asset hierarchies across business units.
Integrations were explicit components of the architecture, with SAP Enterprise Asset Management linked to S/4 HANA for financial and transactional posting, MDG for master data governance, Ariba Procurement for spare parts and procurement workflows, and SuccessFactors and Concur for workforce and expense-related touchpoints. Operational coverage was delivered worldwide through the Silk templates, enabling regional sites to adopt a consistent EAM model while retaining local execution.
Governance and rollout were managed under Silk programme leadership, which retained responsibility for global SAP application strategy, support and template development. The programme approach and global template deployments were recognized with the 2020 Gold Medal for Business Transformation in SAPs annual Quality Awards, reflecting formal acknowledgement of the implementation and governance model.
