Operational tasks explicitly include processing W-4 and I-9 changes, updating an average of 300 employee records per period, compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and nontaxable wages, and reconciling discrepancies.
Millennium Payroll operates alongside Workforce for auditing and report totals and interfaces with the company ESS system for monthly submission of union deductions for 32BJ and Local 6, pension and profit sharing.
