Directory and configuration services were implemented as Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, and Windows DHCP and DNS, with ADDS and Group Policy integrated to OS X LDAP; Roaming Profiles were enabled for district-wide access to student and staff data, and a Web Helpdesk system was implemented to manage IT work orders during rollout and ongoing operations.
Operational coverage for the Tyler Infinite Visions deployment was district-wide across all seven schools and was managed by district IT staff and the designated project manager.
