| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2008 | 2008 |
In 2008, Commscope implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate core finance operations across its US headquarters in Hickory, N.C., and operational sites in Richardson, Texas, and Westchester, Illinois. The deployment addressed corporate financial management needs for a global communications infrastructure company with approximately 20,000 employees and multi‑site reporting requirements.
The implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP included standard ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, cash management, and financial reporting. Configuration work focused on multi‑currency ledgers and statutory reporting templates consistent with global accounting practices, and the Oracle NetSuite ERP instance was structured to support period close orchestration, consolidated financial statements, and role‑based access for accounting and treasury teams.
Operational coverage targeted corporate finance and accounting functions across headquarters and regional operations, aligning chart of accounts and financial calendars to enforce consistent month‑end and quarter‑end workflows. The rollout emphasized centralized financial control and standardization of accounting processes, with automation of approval workflows and audit trail capabilities to support internal compliance and external reporting.
Governance centered on finance-led process ownership and routine configuration of security roles, approval limits, and reconciliation procedures within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Change management and process documentation supported adoption by accounting, procurement, and treasury teams, while the system architecture was organized to scale with ongoing global accounting requirements under the ERP Financial platform.

| Sterling Talent Solutions | Legacy | Sterling Background Check | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Commscope deployed Sterling Background Check to support BackGround Screening within its Human Resources recruiting and onboarding operations. The deployment coincided with a contractor engagement from November 2019 to March 2020 where an HR Generalist worked with the Human Resources Director to develop on-site and in-person hiring events with Texas Workforce Solutions and grassroots recruiting efforts aimed at expanding candidate pipelines.
Sterling Background Check was configured to act as the primary BackGround Screening engine, orchestrating candidate screening workflows including identity verification, criminal and employment checks, report adjudication, and automated screening triggers tied to offer acceptance. The system was also used to initiate onboarding tasks through SkillSurvey and Sterling, linking background results to orientation scheduling and benefits enrollment processes.
Candidate sourcing and applicant tracking were centralized through SAP SuccessFactors and multiple job board platforms including Texas Workforce Solutions, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Handshake, providing a consolidated view of candidate screening status across channels. Operational activity centered on US recruiting with coordinated on-site hiring events and weekly orientation classes to process screened hires.
Governance and workflow control were coordinated between the Human Resources Director and the HR Generalist, embedding Sterling Background Check into interview scheduling, skills assessment handoffs, verbal and written offer processes, and onboarding task initiation. The implementation positioned Sterling Background Check as the enterprise BackGround Screening component tied directly to recruiting, onboarding, and benefits enrollment workflows.

| Salesforce | Legacy | Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Commscope implemented Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) as its Field Service Management platform to support enterprise service delivery across network infrastructure and customer-facing operations. The deployment centered on delivering a Salesforce Communities portal and a dedicated customer portal for Salesforce users, aligning field service orchestration with customer access and case intake.
The project included configuration of Field Service Lightning capabilities consistent with Field Service Management workflows, including work order orchestration, scheduling and dispatch, and service appointment management. Internal teams gathered and documented business requirements for the Salesforce FSL project, and configuration was driven by those formal requirements while a designated Salesforce Administrator tracked support tickets and system configuration changes.
Integrations were implemented to connect service execution to professional services management, specifically integrating with FinancialForce PSA to support ticket to professional services workflows and resource accounting. The Communities portal was integrated with the Field Service implementation to surface work order status and case updates to customers and internal users, supporting end to end service visibility.
Governance emphasized documented business requirements, administrator-led ticket tracking within Salesforce, and formalized processes for FSL configuration and portal management. Rollout activities focused on operationalizing service management and PSA coordination, with the Salesforce Administrator role maintaining system operations and support ticket lifecycle governance.
