Coupa Software Legacy Coupa Invoice AP Automation ERP n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Community Brands implemented Coupa Invoice as its AP Automation solution. The deployment centralized invoice intake for the accounts payable function, establishing the Coupa portal as the primary vendor invoice entry point and a single source for invoice status and approval routing. Configuration work emphasized invoice capture, PO to invoice matching, rejection handling and draft invoice validation. Teams used Coupa Invoice to enforce GL coding checks, require supporting document attachments, and configure the Coupa integration report so approved invoices could flow into the company ERP system. Integrations included the ERP connection driven by the Coupa integration report, with ancillary operational tracking maintained on SharePoint spreadsheets to monitor invoice status across the AP process. The implementation also encompassed vendor onboarding workflows for W9 collection and ACH bank details, monthly vendor statement reconciliations, and support activities for annual 1099 reporting within the AP Automation environment. Governance and operational ownership were formalized through senior AP analysts who served as points of contact for internal departments and vendors, they resolved rejected invoices, adjusted integration reports, and trained AP staff. Ongoing process assessment and workflow corrections were embedded in the rollout to maintain invoice accuracy and support end to end AP cycle completion using Coupa Invoice.

Workday Legacy Workday Absence Management Absence and Leave Management HCM n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Community Brands implemented Workday Absence Management. The Workday Absence Management deployment was configured inside the company’s global Workday HCM environment to centralize absence workflows for HR, payroll and benefits operations. Implementation work centered on the Absence domain and related Workday HCM domains including HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance and Security. Configuration included absence plan setup, entitlement and accrual rules, approval routing and role based security, and ongoing configuration maintenance by the internal HRIS team. The absence solution operated alongside the organization’s Ceridian Dayforce environment and supported integrations tied to payroll, timekeeping and benefits data flows, with the HRIS function responsible for interfacing and testing those connections. Operational coverage spanned global HR processes while primary business functions impacted were HR operations, payroll processing and benefits administration. Governance and rollout were led by internal HRIS resources who served as project manager and training coordinator for the broader Workday HCM and payroll implementation, developing system trainings, reviewing and testing feature enhancements, and collaborating across business units to improve HR data integrity, reporting and M&A work streams. The deployment represents Community Brands use of an Absence and Leave Management application embedded in its Workday HCM platform and continues to be managed through HRIS led configuration and change control.

Clozd Legacy Clozd Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Community Brands implemented Clozd to scale win-loss interviews across multiple product lines and to surface why deals were won or lost. Clozd was deployed as an Analytics and BI application to provide structured win-loss capture, thematic analysis, and insight distribution to business stakeholders. The implementation centralized interview administration and analysis capabilities, including systematic interview scheduling, qualitative coding of buyer feedback, and consolidated reporting for stakeholders. Clozd was used to generate insight artifacts that product, marketing, sales, and support teams could consume, supporting cross-functional understanding of buyer drivers and competitive factors. Operational coverage extended across product teams and go to market organizations, with the program orchestrated to produce repeatable interview cadence and shared dashboards for GTM and product decision making. Module usage was adopted beyond a single team, inferred from the case study, with product and GTM teams using Clozd insight outputs to inform messaging and pricing discussions. Governance incorporated a centralized repository of win-loss findings and a process for distributing surfaced themes to product, marketing, sales, and support. Outcomes explicitly reported include improved messaging, improved pricing decisions, and strengthened internal collaboration, with Clozd insights being adopted organization wide.
