| Omninet | Legacy | Omninet Omnilytics | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2018 | 2020 | In 2018, Computacenter Germany implemented Omninet Omnilytics in the Analytics and BI category to provide cross site ITSM reporting and SLA measurement for a public sector customer in Germany. The Omninet Omnilytics deployment was delivered alongside OMNITRACKER as a 24 month engagement focused on building an enterprise BI and data warehouse to consolidate service data across multiple sites. The implementation configured Omninet Omnilytics with functional modules for SLA measurement, KPI dashboards, and ITSM reporting, and instrumented more than 220 distinct SLA metrics. Omninet Omnilytics was used to generate Power BI dashboards for service documentation and to support data driven management decisions, with dashboarding and metric catalogs surfaced to operational and management users. Architecturally the engagement consolidated OMNITRACKER operational data into an enterprise BI/Data-Warehouse and integrated that warehouse with Microsoft Power BI for visualization and reporting. The scope covered cross site operations for a public sector customer, centralizing service management reporting and SLA governance across regional delivery teams. Governance and rollout work during the 24 month program established standardized SLA definitions, a unified metric catalog, and ownership of KPI dashboards by service management functions, enabling consistent service documentation and performance reporting using Omninet Omnilytics in the Analytics and BI stack. |
