Governance focused on standardizing recruiter workflows and campaign processes, aligning sourcing, screening, and onboarding steps within the Monster Applicant Tracking System. Reported outcomes included greater depth of candidate information, a dramatic increase in response rate and recruiter efficiency, and more candidates of better quality in the pipeline as directly noted by internal recruiting users.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Computershare deployed SAP Concur Travel as part of a global Travel Management initiative to standardize travel and expense workflows across its Global Financial Systems organization. The SAP Concur Travel implementation emphasized desktop and mobile access and was positioned to support finance driven travel request, expense reporting, and corporate card reconciliation processes.
Implementations delivered explicit SAP Concur modules including SAP Concur Expense, Travel Request, Rapid Reconcile functionality, and Concur credit card processing components. Configuration work encompassed administration for desktop and mobile clients, expense and travel policy configuration, and Rapid Reconcile setup for automated matching of card transactions to expense entries.
The rollout had a multi‑regional footprint with discrete module rollouts, including SAP Concur Expense and Travel implementations in India, SAP Concur Credit Card implementation and Travel Request deployment in Hong Kong, Travel Request and Rapid Reconcile in Australia and New Zealand, Expense transition activity in Canada and North America, and Expense implementations in Norway, Switzerland and China. These Concur deployments ran in parallel with broader financial systems activity such as Epicor ERP upgrades across EMEA, Canada, the US and India, together with Cognos reporting creation and Microsoft SharePoint administration tasks.
Governance and operational ownership were established through dedicated roles, notably a SAP Concur Expense and Travel Management Administrator and a Project Implementation Coordinator, who handled configuration, training, reporting handoffs and desktop and mobile support. The program emphasized staged regional rollouts, localized credit card and expense workflows, and coordinated reporting and training to embed Travel Management processes into Global Financial Systems.
