The Skillable Platform was configured to enable rapid lab creation and orchestration alongside performance based assessment workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included automated lab provisioning, scenario templates for red team and blue team exercises, cohort management, and integrated scoring pipelines to capture hands on performance data. The configuration emphasized repeatable lab creation and scoring automation to support continuous skills assessments across training cohorts.
The implementation included an explicit integration with PerformanScore to deliver high fidelity scoring and performance analytics, and the environment supported approximately 750,000 lab launches reported by the program. Operational coverage was focused on Comtech CyberStronger, serving federal and enterprise security professionals, with the Skillable Platform providing both formative and summative assessment modes for instructors and assessors.
Governance for the rollout centered on cohort based delivery, standardized assessment rubrics, and centralized reporting to L&D and security leadership to manage certification readiness and assessor workflows.
