| Engage Process | Legacy | Engage Process BPM | Process Mining | Analytics and BI | Larmer Brown | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019, Connect Plus (M25) implemented Engage Process BPM to introduce Process Mining capabilities into its operational and training workflows. Larmer Brown acted as the system integrator, delivering training and competency assessment alongside point-of-use support for all operatives throughout the project, and proposing Engage LEAN Process Modeler to provide initial conceptual mapping of target processes. The Engage Process BPM deployment focused on process modeling and process discovery workflows, using Engage LEAN Process Modeler as a dynamic business process management tool to map the processes that needed to be captured within training content. Engage Process BPM was configured to support visualization and documentation of end-to-end workflows, and to supply structured process maps that informed competency assessments and operator guidance. Operational coverage targeted frontline operations and project delivery teams, with Larmer Brown providing on-the-ground training, competency assessment, and embedded support to ensure point-of-use adoption. Governance activity emphasized role-based competency checks and training-linked process documentation to align operatives with the mapped processes and to sustain adoption across the engagement. Rollout governance combined hands-on training, competency assessment, and point-of-use support as the primary adoption mechanisms, with the Engage LEAN Process Modeler outputs used to create and refine training materials. Engage Process BPM, categorized under Process Mining, served as the central application linking modeled process knowledge to operational training and ongoing operator support. |
