In 2019, Connexus Energy deployed Quisitive Crg emPerform to centralize HR performance reviews, merit planning and ongoing employee feedback across its Minnesota operations. The deployment targeted the HR and people management function and was positioned as a Performance and Goal Management solution to improve visibility and consistency in review cycles.
Quisitive Crg emPerform was configured to manage end to end performance review workflows, continuous feedback, and merit planning, and included the emPerform Compensation Module to handle merit increase calculations and approvals. Configuration emphasized standardized review templates and role based approval routing for managers and HR to reduce manual administration and enforce consistent processes.
Rollout across Connexus Energy's Minnesota sites was led by HR with governance for review cadence and approval routing established to align merit planning and performance cycles. The deployment reduced administration time and the emPerform Compensation Module shaved more than 15 hours off the merit increase process, driving improved consistency in compensation planning across the utility's HR organization.
