| iCIMS | Legacy | iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Constellation implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its Applicant Tracking System and deployed the platform to power the company careers site. The deployment places iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System at the front end of Constellation's talent acquisition flow for online job postings and candidate application intake.
Configuration centered on standard Applicant Tracking System functional modules, including job requisition management, career site job publishing, application intake, candidate tracking across configurable hiring stages, and a centralized candidate database. The implementation leverages iCIMS Recruit common capabilities for automated hiring workflows, configurable screening and routing, and reporting and audit trails to support recruiting operations.
Integration scope explicitly includes the Constellation careers website where job listings and online applications are handled through the iCIMS Recruit instance. Operational coverage targets Constellation talent acquisition and recruiting teams and hiring managers who interact with the careers site and the iCIMS Recruit system for vacancy management and candidate workflow orchestration.
Governance of the iCIMS Recruit implementation emphasizes centralized configuration of hiring workflows, role based access controls for recruiters and hiring managers, and maintained auditability for application handling and compliance. The narrative reflects an enterprise scale Applicant Tracking System deployment embedded into Constellation recruiting processes and the public careers site.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Constellation deployed IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. The implementation provided authenticated access for Operations and Maintenance customers to enterprise asset management accounts through a Maximo sign in, establishing a single application entry point for asset and maintenance activities.
IBM Maximo was configured to support core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities such as an asset registry, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling and inventory control, aligning with utility operations workflows. Constellation used IBM Maximo to centralize asset hierarchies and work order lifecycles, enabling standardized maintenance processes for utility infrastructure assets.
The access and operational model emphasized enterprise account provisioning and role based access controls to separate customer facing accounts from internal operational roles. IBM Maximo served as the centralized operational interface for Operations and Maintenance teams to log, track and close maintenance activities while maintaining audit trails and asset records.
Governance activities focused on standardizing work order workflows, lifecycle states and approval gates inside IBM Maximo, with operational ownership assigned to Operations and Maintenance teams to sustain consistent asset data and maintenance practice enforcement. The deployment reflects Constellation IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management integration into core O and M business functions rather than peripheral tool use.
