Functional modules implemented in Kyriba Treasury included in-house bank administration for intercompany cash liabilities, multi-currency real-time liquidity management, centralized FX exposure control, automated accounting and reconciliation, and payment processing controls to govern when and how payments are executed.
The implementation included ERP integration to support payment execution and to eliminate excessive manual input into payment workflows, enabling tighter handoffs between treasury, accounting, tax and the shared service center. Actualize Consulting served as the implementation partner, and governance was established by engaging early with internal accounting, tax and legal teams, sequencing workflows, defining clear project roles and responsibilities, and following a roadmap with firm deadlines to standardize processes across entities.
Explicit outcomes recorded during and after the rollout include unlocked group liquidity via Cooke Bank, cost savings from reduced external money flows and bank fees, payment process efficiency and economies of scale from a centralized payment factory, Cooke Bank becoming the preferred banking partner for affiliates, and the shared service center reallocating capacity with a reported 20 percent of full-time equivalent effort unlocked for higher value work.
