| ISAH Business software | Legacy | ISAH Mobile Field Service | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Coppens Metaal-techniek adopted ISAH Business software and subsequently implemented ISAH Mobile Field Service as part of its Field Service Management deployment. The company, based in Westerhoven in the metal industry, staged the rollout after stabilizing core ERP processes and then added Mobile Field Service alongside Shop Floor Control and Isah PowerBI to support operations and KPI visualization. ISAH Mobile Field Service was configured to align with existing ERP workflows, enabling mobile-enabled field operations and integration into internal job and production tracking. The implementation emphasized clean master data and standardized pricing scales to enable automation, and workflows were mapped so that messages that enter via the SCSN network are processed logically within the ISAH ERP, preserving order, confirmation and inventory logic. Coppens established an SCSN connection to supplier MCB and went live with SCSN communication in 2022, enabling purchase orders to be exchanged digitally and processed automatically. The integration required unit-of-measure alignment and a conversion table where needed, testing via exchange of messages and a coordination meeting, then rapid go live. Isah acted as both ERP vendor and SCSN Service Provider, providing a single point of contact for configuration and message handling. Governance and rollout planning focused on sequencing from suppliers to customers, starting with standardized supplier processes to minimize coordination overhead. Coppens plans to extend SCSN-based automation to order confirmations and invoices and to scale connections to multiple suppliers and several customers, with stated benefits including faster order submission before cutoffs, reduced manual processing, improved collaboration with MCB, and lower error rates in procurement workflows. | |
