Astute Business Solutions delivered the rapid upgrade solution and executed both technical and functional upgrades on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The engagement centered on PeopleSoft HCM V9.2 upgrades, deploying HCM Fluid UI Self Service, Fluid UI Home Pages for HR, Benefits, and Payroll, and enhanced AWE-based workflow capabilities. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosted the PeopleSoft application tier and served as the platform for Fluid UI renderings, AWE workflow processing, and HCM Self Service automation. Astute Business Solutions implemented automated functional regression testing for the V9.2 upgrade using PeopleSoft Test Framework Vanilla along with custom-built PTF Tests and Shell Tests tailored to Coppin State University’s code, configuration, and customization. The tailored PTF test suite was used to validate functional regressions and exercise customized business logic as part of the upgrade verification activities. Operational scope targeted HR, Benefits, and Payroll business functions across Coppin State University administrative units, with technical and functional cutovers coordinated on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
