In 2017, CORE Construction implemented Viewpoint Vista, a Construction ERP, to centralize project financials and operational workflows across its United States operations. The deployment targeted project accounting, billing and financial management functions supporting field project teams and corporate finance across approximately 1,200 employees.
Implementation work focused on configuring core Construction ERP modules including project accounting, job costing, procurement and subcontract management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll interface and financial reporting. Viewpoint Vista was configured to support standard workflows for job cost rollups, progress billing, commitment tracking and regulatory payroll runs, with role based access for project managers, controllers and operations leadership.
Integrations were coordinated with field and scheduling tools explicitly referenced by CORE Construction, including Procore for field collaboration and Microsoft Project for schedule and cost alignment, enabling data flows between the Viewpoint Vista Construction ERP and project teams. Governance and rollout activities included development and maintenance of SOPs and construction technology curriculum, onboarding and continuous education of new hires and project teams, and managed process rollouts driven by Construction Technology leadership and local Operations Directors.
