Sage Legacy Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Corin Group implemented Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) to support ERP Financial functions across its Finished Goods Stores and Short Term Consignment operations. The deployment targeted a regulated life sciences manufacturing environment producing reconstructive orthopaedic devices, embedding Sage 500 ERP into warehouse and stores workflows to support day to day running of stores and strict inventory controls. Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) was configured around inventory and distribution capabilities common to ERP Financial systems, with functional emphasis on stock checks and control, goods inwards and outwards transaction processing, dispatch and security documentation, and warehouse transaction recording. Configuration work aligned transaction workflows with physical handling tasks such as loading and unloading procedures, inspection checklists, and documentation required for dispatch and same day or overnight transport bookings. Operational use was concentrated in the Finished Goods Stores and Short Term Consignment department, where the application was used alongside Kardex Vertical Storage systems as part of productivity tooling for parts storage and retrieval. The implementation supported business functions including inventory management, dispatch/logistics coordination, consignment stock handling, and the creation of audit-ready paperwork for inspections and surgeon queries. Governance and process controls were shaped by the medical environment, with system workflows and user procedures enforcing strict security, HSE compliant handling, documented inspection steps, and role-based responsibilities for stores staff. Sage 500 ERP served as the transactional source for store-level controls and documentation, enabling consistent execution of inspection, storage environment requirements, and dispatch procedures.

Workable Legacy Workable ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Corin Group implemented Workable ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruitment workflows and provide a primary source for HR reporting. The deployment was executed within a progressive Global HR team that was building foundational HR data and insight capability, with an HR Data Analyst role created to own system performance and reporting across the Corin Group. The Workable ATS implementation emphasized candidate lifecycle management, structured recruitment data capture, configurable reporting templates, and automation of recurring HR metric extracts. Functional capabilities implemented include standard and ad-hoc report development, monthly HR metric generation and trend analysis, candidate pipeline and vacancy tracking, and documentation of process flows to support system maintenance and upgrades. Operational integration focused on combining Workable ATS data with other HR systems named in the programme, specifically Culture Amp and Ceridian Dayforce HRIS, to deliver consolidated HR reporting across recruitment, compensation and benefits analysis, and employee experience metrics. The HR Data Analyst role works directly with local in-country HR teams, the Global HR Programme Manager, IT and developers to coordinate system maintenance, support upgrades, and manage cross-system data flows for reporting and audits. Governance and process responsibilities were formalized as part of the implementation, including establishing data integrity controls, creating change management and document controls, performing regular HRIS audits, and ensuring secure recording of confidential HR data within a GDPR framework. The HR Data Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert and super user for reporting and analytics, providing end user training, prioritizing report and analytics changes, and monitoring Workable ATS performance across the Corin Group.

In 2016, Corin Group implemented MESTEC MES, a Manufacturing Execution System, to support manufacturing operations, quality and engineering business functions. The deployment targeted shop floor execution across Corin Group production sites in the United Kingdom and was positioned to serve designers, engineers and factory workers with real time production visibility and control. MESTEC MES was configured to provide standard Manufacturing Execution System capabilities including work order execution, production scheduling, real time data collection from shop floor operations, electronic batch and traceability records, and embedded quality checks for regulated manufacturing processes. Configuration emphasized role based access for production, quality and engineering users, and the implementation included tailored workflows for work instructions and corrective action capture. The MES was operated alongside and supported integrations with product lifecycle systems and enterprise resource planning systems, with explicit support activity for Siemens Teamcenter NX noted in operational roles. Integration and application support responsibilities were handled through a combination of on site and international remote technical support, providing business application maintenance and escalation paths. Support activities included monitoring, preventative maintenance, system reconfiguration and liaison with third party providers to ensure quality and security standards were maintained.
