In 2000, CORSAIR implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its enterprise financial system. The program targeted ERP Financial capabilities and was executed as a company-led project spanning three continents, completed in four months.
The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment configured core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, supporting standard ERP Financial workflows such as period close, intercompany accounting, and receivables management. Architecture was organized as a centralized application instance with regional localization layers to support multi-continent transaction processing and consolidated financial reporting.
Operational coverage focused on finance and accounting functions across global sites, governed by a central project management office that managed cutover sequencing and configuration control during the four month delivery window. The implementation was led internally by CORSAIR, with emphasis on process harmonization, controlled configuration, and phased global rollout sequencing.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2019 |
In 2018, CORSAIR implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as part of a broader adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The implementation was positioned to address pandemic-era demand fluctuations, supply chain disruption, and variable customer demand, and CORSAIR’s CIO framed the move as a companywide shift toward cloud-native ERP, HCM, SCM, and Fusion Analytics capabilities.
Oracle Cloud HCM was deployed to establish Core HR recordkeeping and workforce management capabilities, and to standardize talent processes across CORSAIR’s brands. Configuration emphasis included common data models for employee profiles, role and position management, and talent workflows to support recruiting and retention, with Fusion Analytics layered to reduce reliance on bespoke reporting.
The deployment integrated Oracle Cloud HCM with a broader Oracle Fusion Applications footprint, linking HR data to ERP and supply chain streams and consolidating analytics in Fusion Analytics. This integration aimed to deliver standardized reporting across different brands and make workforce, financial, and supply chain signals available for enterprise reporting and decision support.
Governance and operational controls were oriented toward centralizing reporting and analytics to enforce consistent HR and payroll policies across business units, and to enable AI-driven insights. CORSAIR highlighted that Fusion Analytics would help eliminate 80% to 90% of custom reports, support standardization across brands, and provide predictive recommendations to business stakeholders.
