The implementation was executed as a nation wide time and attendance program with targeted configuration for employees at particular sites, aiming to reduce unnecessary costs of manual processing while supporting payroll, recruiting, workforce management and benefits processes. The implementation included extensive configuration of scheduling and timekeeping modules, specifically advanced scheduler, scheduler, accruals, attendance, and Timekeeper functionality. Workstreams covered Workforce Central and Workforce Analytics suites, Enterprise Archive, and the Attestation Tool Kit, plus TeleTime, time clocks, mobile and tablet access with voiceover accessibility. Configuration artifacts created and modified included access profiles, payrules, paycodes and distributions, combined paycodes, wage profiles, labor levels, and scheduler setups across Kronos versions cited during the project. Integrations were delivered with internal SQL development teams to perform mass configuration downloads into the application, and the program produced data mapping, scheduling and data definition documentation for downstream reporting. The team built and supported WIM interfaces both inbound and outbound, generated POS imports and WIM upgrades, and developed Oracle queries used for Hyperion reporting and DBMS level data gathering for in web analytics. Operational coverage extended into payroll operations, human resources, and operations leadership, with day to day support for analytics, attendance, advanced scheduling and time clocks. Governance and quality assurance were formalized through test case and test script development, a test tracker for Workforce Timekeeper and Absence Management, and creation of test data for Payroll, Recruiting, Workforce Management and Benefits testing stages. The effort established error reporting, escalation and management processes, incident management under SLA, audit activities including log enablement for system stability, and procedures for Attendance History Import, Attendance Point Balance updates, PTO updates tied to perfect attendance, and redistribution of shutdown pay to vacation pay and time. Production support was staffed to resolve daily incidents and maintain uptime, with sole responsibility noted for testing Workforce Timekeeper, Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Absence Management components. UKG Pro Workforce Management Absence was therefore implemented as the hospital system for Absence and Leave Management, accompanied by ongoing configuration, upgrades, and support to operate scheduling, accruals and attendance at scale.
