Avature ATS was used to create and manage talent pipeline stockpiles, coordinate outreach sequences, and support technical testing and data audits conducted by recruiting staff.
The Avature ATS environment operated alongside external sourcing and engagement channels explicitly including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Handshake for candidate acquisition, and Hearsay for scheduling branded social content. Recruiting activity covered five states and targeted Financial Representative roles, with high volume sourcing that included cold calling and messaging more than 200 applicants per month during peak activity.
Operational governance included coordinated candidate information sharing with hiring managers and compliance minded public response drafting for Glassdoor and Indeed reviews. In 2016, COUNTRY Financial deployed Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) to support Field Service Management across sales, service, and community functions. The rollout targeted consolidation of field operations and mobile service workflows, with customization of standard Salesforce objects and Lightning Components to meet business and technical requirements across onsite and offshore teams and with production and non production environments managed daily.
The implementation encompassed Lightning Components, Lightning Field Services including Field Service Lightning on mobile devices, Aura based components, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System. Development artifacts included Visualforce pages with JavaScript Remote objects, advanced Apex classes, triggers, web services integrations, batch jobs, and comprehensive test classes, plus customization of the Salesforce1 mobile app and Force.com development via VS Code. The program also participated in CPQ and CLM lifecycles, delivering Apttus CPQ and Salesforce CPQ and CLM integrations and a Pardot automation B2B marketing proof of concept.
Integrations included external third party services and SIG integrations to support operational workflows, and an AWS footprint used for cloud migration activities including EC instances and storage buckets. The deployment connected Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud workflows and exposed Knowledge Articles for non Salesforce users on public community pages. Environment integration issues were handled in coordination with third party vendors and Salesforce Premier Support for production incident remediation.
Governance and operational controls emphasized automated workflow rules with tasks, email alerts, and field updates, GitLab code review processes, and OWASP guided secure coding practices. Release and environment management was centralized, with an environment support coordinator and a release manager running daily deployments, smoke testing, Go No Go decisions, and coordinating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and offshore deliverables. Production support responsibilities included tracking and debugging incidents, managing credentials and URLs with WAS administrators and DBAs, and supporting emergency fixes.
The implementation team handled day to day administration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce modules while building reusable components compatible with the Lightning App Builder. Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) was used to create a proof of concept for work order handling to validate on site service workflows and align field operations with Salesforce customer 360 concepts.
