Operational use is described at the user level, where the Accounts Receivable Coordinator manages AR for over 25 sales representative accounts using both ACCEO Profitmaster and the Bistrack operating system for collections activities. Credit assessment workflows draw on documentation from BC Online, Equifax, Transunion, BC Assessment, Land Title Surveys and industry credit references, while payment intake covers cash, cheque, credit card, e-transfer, EFT and wire transfer posting alongside bank deposit preparation and daily bank reconciliation.
