The assistant consumed canonical content from a headless Contentstack CMS to maintain consistent knowledge and messaging across chat sessions, single page applications and product portals. Integrations explicitly tied IBM Watson Assistant to Contentstack CMS, front end SPAs, the insurance as a service platform, and call center routing which Covéa cites as a mechanism to reduce call center costs through chatbot integration with IBM Watson. Operational coverage included customer facing channels and a white label platform option for individual clients, with developer workflows that enabled releases within one sprint and minimal training requirements. Governance centered on centralizing content in Contentstack and orchestrating conversational flows and content delivery to ensure compliance and consistency across channels. The implementation prioritized rapid onboarding and cross-channel orchestration, and IBM Watson Assistant served as the conversational engine integrated into Covéa customer service and platform offerings. | |
