The platform organized applicant documentation and interview recordings on a per-candidate basis, and scheduling logic enforced team availability windows to coordinate live interviews without manual calendar juggling. Governance and rollout centered on centralized admissions ownership under the Students Selection Process Coordinator, who managed configuration, rating guides, and applicant workflows. Outcomes reported by CQFA were explicit, including 250 hours saved across the admissions process, over 1000 miles saved in applicant and staff travel, elimination of 40 plus weekly hours previously spent on paperwork, and a four week implementation timeline.
