In 2015, CR2 implemented Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) as its Expense Management solution. The deployment was part of a broader finance tooling initiative that streamlined and installed Exact, Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure), and Basecone, aligning expense capture with purchase order and general ledger processes.
The Rydoo Expense implementation delivered standard Expense Management capabilities including mobile receipt capture, user expense submission, multi level approval workflows, policy enforcement, and expense report export. Configuration work focused on chart of accounts mapping, VAT handling, and automated journal export to the company finance system to support accounts payable operations.
Integrations were explicitly implemented to flow expense journals into Exact and to coordinate PO and documentation with Basecone, creating an end to end link between expense entry, purchase documentation, and the finance ledgers. Governance and rollout were centralized through the finance organization, with administrative controls, approval routing, and audit trails established for company wide use across CR2s Ireland operations and its approximately 200 employees.
