In 2016 Pivotal Polska implemented Pivotal Windykacja for Credit Agricole Bank Polska as a Debt Collection and Recovery application, executing the engagement in Poland from March 2016 to March 2017. The project targeted the bank's debt collection operations and was scoped to support monitoring, telephone collection, field collection and legal EPU support within the collections lifecycle.
Pivotal Windykacja was delivered as PIVOTAL CRM Moduł Windykacji and configured to automate reminders and instrument pre and post litigation workflows. Functional modules included case monitoring and tracking, telephone collection workflows, field collector case management and legal case support for EPU processes, with automation for reminder generation and workflow orchestration across collection stages.
Operational coverage focused on the bank's collections and legal teams across Poland, embedding the Debt Collection and Recovery application into existing collection processes and standardizing pre litigation and post litigation handling. The phased rollout between March 2016 and March 2017 delivered automation of reminders and workflow support, improving collection efficiency as reported by the implementation notes.
