Governance centered on standardizing job classification and handbook approval processes within consulting engagements and training consultants on the Job Classification & FLSA Audit Tool workflow. Within the first year the firm reported measurable value, including nearly $100,000 generated from FLSA audits in an eight-month period and significant time savings from the premade job-description library.
