Operational coverage focused on finance and support ticket handling, improving the timeliness of invoicing and customer communications through email distribution of tax invoices and reports. Dynamics Square led the upgrade from Dynamics NAV 2009 to NAV 2018 and guided governance changes, training, and BI adoption to improve support ticket measurement and process visibility. Post rollout the client reported resolution of ledger performance issues, error-free Excel exports, instant report sharing via Office 365, and the ability to submit MTD returns to HMRC, all delivered within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial configuration.
