Governance and workflow changes were codified during rollout, including the two-week published rostering policy, guidance that staff may arrive five to ten minutes outside commencement times due to automated travel calculations, and a client change request process routed through Case Officers for permanent schedule changes. Crowley reports that Sandwai helps roster and keep track of people served, supports access to support plans and medical history, and offers robust reporting features for service insight, while a client app is planned to improve real time visibility for clients and carers.
