In 2019, CT-Solutions implemented Microsoft 365 to establish a cloud Collaboration baseline for the 50 person professional services firm. The deployment centered on a single Microsoft 365 tenant provisioned to support company email and team collaboration, with Office 365 Mail exposed on the company website for inbound and outbound contact flows.
Configuration work focused on core Microsoft 365 Collaboration capabilities. Exchange Online mailboxes were provisioned for staff and integrated with the public website, SharePoint Online was configured for team document libraries and project artifacts, OneDrive was enabled for individual file sync, and Microsoft Teams and Office web and desktop apps were set up for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.
Operational coverage included companywide rollout across delivery, sales, and administrative functions, with tenant-level administration and role based access controls applied to mailboxes and SharePoint sites. The implementation included mailbox provisioning workflows, centralized user and group management, and basic governance rules to control external sharing and mailbox routing tied to the website contact endpoints.
Rollout and governance emphasized staged provisioning and administrative hardening rather than bespoke integrations. Microsoft 365 remains the primary Collaboration platform for CT-Solutions, and Office 365 Mail is explicitly used on the CT-Solution website for corporate email handling.
