Operational integration responsibilities encompassed maintaining and developing Workday integrations to ensure absence data consistency with payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration and employee self service portals. The implementation covered Global HR operational scope and involved training company personnel to generate reports and manage day to day absence administration. Collaboration with Internal Audit was part of the program to document system and process controls relevant to legal and SOX compliance.
Governance was formalized through business process ownership, security configuration and a full project lifecycle that followed initiation, planning, analysis, design, build, test, train, deploy and stabilization phases.
